Geha 790 gray striped barrel and black cap, piston filler with reserve tank. This is one of the more desireable of the postwar Geha pens. It does not appear to have seen ink and comes with box and papers. The box may not be original to the pen, as it is marked schwarz. The nib looks to be a fine to medium 14 K Geha with moderate flex.
