Interestingly it came to me with a gold plated clip rather than the usual nickel, can be changed for a "correct" clip on request. This pen came to me with a rather uncommon palladium nib, a rigid medium. These nibs were made for just one year, in 1938. It can be changed to a "correct" CN nib. - Pens from 1932-1937 will have hard rubber caps, captops and mechanisms, as well as the old style logo on the captop.
- Pens from 1938-1944 will be in celluloid, with the new style captop logo.
