2005 Pelikan M1000, black acrylic. With this pen, Pelikan went after the large German pen market. The M1000 is the basis for most of Pelikan's recent Limited Editions (including my most recent acquisition, the M1075, 75th Anniversary Pen). This M1000 shows only the lightest signs of use and has an 18 K medium nib. This pen includes both the inner and outer boxes and is in the current blue and black box, rather than as shown.
