The pen has a nice light tortoise binde with pronounced red and brown highlights. EF nib with moderate flex. $250.00 PE2184: 1959 Pelikan 400NN in tortoise. The inside of the barrel on this pen shows a bit of staining, but is otherwise a nice light, clear tortoise with even brown highlights.
