1950s Pelikan 400s, tortoise striped with brown cap. These are selling faster than we can list them, hence the combined listing. Great looking 400s, always elegant and no two alike (so the picture is representative only). You can sit for hours (assuming you have nothing better to do) and look into the colors and patterns, great for meetings. Wonderful pens!! The classic Pelikan, everyone should have one. Various nibs available, please inquire. We now have three
PE2023: The light color tortoise binde that shades down to darker highlights sets this pen apart from the common. The KEF nib promises a smooth fine line and is in the later logo style. The turning knob is stamped OB making the pen earlier than the nib. $250.00 A nib swap on this model is possible.
PE2204: 1955 Pelikan 400 in tortoise with superb clarity, strong brown highlights. This pen features a wonderfully smooth KM (ballpointed medium) nib. Some brassing to the bottom of the capband. $250.00 PE2205: 1951 Pelikan 400 in tortoise. The brown cap on this early pen has undergone a somewhat typical color whift toward gray. The barrel shows wonderful variegated red and brown highlights. An old style script OM nib makes this a great user. $250.00 |
